Veranda Laguna is a beautiful, functional, and newly constructed home and a haven of luxury for those who dream of incredible sunsets, swimming, and playing on both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. This home is situated directly on Little Lagoon with Gulf Shores Public Beach just five miles away. It has its own sloped lagoon-front beach, yet it also comes with deeded access to the beach and Gulf across the street. A lagoon-front pier is outfitted with two covered areas and a boat slip. Gather on the dock to fish, picnic, or simply catch up on family stories. The large wooden deck on the main level of the house overlooks the lagoon. It is perfect for watching the sun melt into the horizon at the end of a busy day playing at the beach, or visiting the many attractions and activities nearby. The deck is equipped with a gas grill and a gas-powered fire pit, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends and family. A heated, infinity-style pool is accessible from the main deck level, making it easy to watch the children swim. The front and corner porches feature views of the Gulf and Veranda Laguna's Gulf-front, a gorgeous sister property, The Veranda. The Veranda is often the headquarters for wedding parties and members of the families. Now, with the brand-new Veranda Laguna just across the street, both houses may conveniently be rented in tandem to provide expanded space for everyone in the group. One party could stay at The Veranda, and the other could be stationed at Veranda Laguna. Built with sustainability in mind, Veranda Laguna even has its own electric car charging station. An elevator that rises from the parking level to the top floor provides safety for parents with children, groceries, and beach gear in tow. Upon entering the main floor, you'll notice the beautiful panoramic view of Little Lagoon. There is plenty of seating for your entire crew in the open-concept living space.
