My husband and I are a retired Army Veteran couple and we are managing our rentals ourselves. We aren’t out to nickel and dime our guests or charge a ridiculous amount for cleaning. In fact, the space is equipped with all of the amenities that we as a family have come to find useful when we rent vacation homes ourselves. So we've included cold filtered and bottled water in the fridge upon your arrival, a gas grill, a coffee pot, creamer, spices, all the cook ware you may need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, dog bowls, additional linens for extra guests, and much more! If you're planning to float the river, we can have tubes waiting for you at the house for an additional cost so you can get right on the river and won't have to go through a company to rent.
