Welcome to our vacation rental home located in Naples Park, a quaint residential neighborhood in north Naples, Florida. This is the lower southwest corner of Naples Park where everyone wants to be due to its proximity to the public beach access at Vanderbilt, the Ritz-Carlton, the Turtle Club and more! Our home features a naturalistic landscape which uses low maintenance and less water being Earth Friendly. We are very welcoming to families with kids of all ages as the home comes equipped with a Pack N Play, a highchair, 2 beach wagons, a running stroller, tons of pool toys, a small kid’s bike, 4 beach cruiser bikes and a big bin of toys inside! Your accommodations include a King Bed, a Queen Bed, 2 Twin beds and a sleeper sofa. There are multiple TVs in the home including outdoors on the lanai, in the main bedroom, in the third (Queen) bedroom and in both family rooms. Three of the TV's have cable and the TV’s that do not have cable are in the Third bedroom with the Queen-sized bed and outdoors on the lanai, but these have smart TV's. The Internet download speed is 119.56 Mbps and the upload speed is 10.34 Mbps The Kitchen is centrally located in the home and connects easily to the dining space and the second family room. Guests of our home can access the pool and pool deck from 2 sliders in the second (back) family room or from the Main bedroom. The pool is quite large, rectangular and heated. There is a propane gas grill and a nice shade covering part of the lanai with a sunshade to open or close. This vacation rental is pet friendly!

Centrally located in north Naples, this home is close to the Mercato, The Pavilion and Waterside Shops. The beaches that are closest are Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach, the Bluebill Avenue access of Vanderbilt beach, and Vanderbilt Beach (approximately 1.3-miles away) with covered County parking on Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Clam Pass Park and Barefoot Beach are just a bit further and are also recommended. During peak season, parking is tight at all the beaches, so it is best to arrive early in the morning or late afternoon for easiest access. Sunsets over the gulf are spectacular and highly recommended! Publix grocery stores are located south on Rt 41 at Riverchase Shopping Center, and north on Rt 41 at Bonita Beach Rd. There is also a Whole Foods south on Rt 41 at Mercato shopping center, and a Trader Joe's south on 41 at Creekside Village. Also, be sure to check out "Seed to Table" on Immokalee Rd. which is a huge grocery store with locally sourced produce, gourmet meats, evening entertainment, and multiple dining options with a bar within the store.
