The fine print
Maximum of one child per room under 6 years is complimentary when sharing parents' room and utilizing existing bed. One extra bed is acceptable only in room category assigned.
No children permitted in The Loft rooms due to the duplex structure of room types.
Children from 6 years to under 12 years old, breakfast is charged at 50% of adult price when using existing beds.
Children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the spa.
Outside food and beverage, even nonalcoholic, is not allowed in the resort area.
A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
