Today, my properties, the Vinhomes Central Park, are strategically located at New Port, Binh Thanh District, stretching over 1km frontage along the Saigon River, is a modern urban complex comprising of 15 Towers of condominiums surrounding the city's iconic building - the Landmark 81 with the height of over 460m.
We have apartment 1BR: 50m2 area with 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms, apartment 2BR: 70m2 area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment 3BR: 120m2 area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , fully furnished
The apartment is an ideal place for families with 2-6 people to live together. From the balcony of the apartment, you can overlook the quiet area.
At Vinhomes Central Park, you will inherit the high-class internal facilities system invested by Vingroup: Vinschool school, Vinmec hospital, Vincom shopping center, marina, gym, children’s play area, walking park. , … The fresh, cool living environment along the Saigon River and the large walking park, gives residents the true relaxing and resting moments.
