Our dinner experience at @bombaybrasseriect was one for the books. Attention to detail. The extra special complimentary 20th anniversary desserts was so special. Since our last visit they have renovated and it's bigger and better. Food even better than I remember. Service is superb. Who needs to go to India when we have a gem 💎 like this in the city center. The staff is amazing 👏 give them a follow, and even if you are not staying at the hotel go for a dinner it is an experience. However as the apartheid ended roughly 30 years ago you can still see and feel a lot of it’s remains. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, very clean and staff is very helpful. We had dinner buffet and it was really worth it. The managers was very friendly and helpful. Each staff member was friendly and not once was I disappointed. I am a very fussy person but I had no complains this weekend. Really good job to the staff of The Capetonian. If there was more than 5 stars I would give them the maximum. Definitely going back.Jeewa

I was expecting everyone staying there to be white tourists (they seem to be everywhere in Cape Town) so it was great to come down to breakfast and see black Africans seated, the women in very colourful dresses. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They even do a very reasonably priced laundry service. The area was quiet and just two minutes from the famous sea front at Sea Point. I spent two weeks in the hotel and didn't regret it for a minute.
