It's modern, peaceful, north-facing, filled with natural light, spacious, secure and *with back-up power on the way!* The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen make the space very convenient, especially for family and friend visits or dinner parties. The sun room is perfect for the winter and summer days... Laze in the garden on a sunny afternoon with a book and a beverage, light the braai or watch your favourite show. What ever you do, just take it slow. You are most welcome!
Paulshof is a peaceful and upmarket area in Sandton in the north of Johannesburg. The suburb borders Witkoppen Road and has plenty of shops, schools, and entertainment spaces. Lying slightly uphill from Sunninghill, on the other side of the N1 from Petervale and Rivonia, Paulshof is a fairly modern, upmarket suburb rich in townhouse complexes lying just above the Braamfontein Spruit.
