The atmosphere and decorations are great. We had heating from the floor, excellent for cold night. The service was fantastic, professional, very attentive. We got a very big room. The breakfast was a treat, you choose from a list and then enjoy the fresh produce. Very good price for the 3 of us. Probably the best stay in our week in this region.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from glasses, cutlery, dishes, to pans, saucepan, moka for coffee, if you want to drink or eat something at the accommodation. The bathroom was clean, equipped with a hair dryer. Towels and linen freshly washed, free and functional wi-fi. The sleeping place was really special. I liked that it's very close to S.M.Novella station and up to the historical center you do not walk more than 10-15 minutes. :)
