Location, facilities and staff

It was clean and creepy crawly free. Everyone did such a great job to keep the grounds clean and safe. They went above and beyond. Any question I had it was answered and always good recommendations.

Beautiful property, location and views. Breakfast is fresh and nice. Hot springs, mud bath was unique experience.

Beautiful peaceful gardens, Comfortable rooms and amazing pools and springs

The level of detail and attention is unbelievable, and the food simply worthy of the price, will return

I ve been to some of the top hotels in the world and Nayara tented camp is easily one of them. The beautiful rooms, private hot spring pool in the room, indoor and outdoor showers incredible gardens and plants and great service and food made our stay perfect. As a couple it doesn’t get better

Excellent service , location, staff and food at their restaurants!

Everything. We extended our visit 2 times at the Resort

Beautiful, full of nature, the room was beautiful and very private

Beautiful hotel highly recommended. Everything was perfect!!!

Everything. The hotel is so beautiful and the pools perfect after a long day outside. The Spa...the best part post hiking.

The place is beautiful just Dani just to walk around and see how lovely they do there with the gardening and everything and the volcano is literally next to you. The room is beautifully set up with lots of love. The stuff it’s just the best they helped us a lot. We can say thank you enough . Can’t wait to visit with my daughters

Everything is clean, people who work there are really nice and the pool is amazing!!! 10 out of 10, definitely.

Everything 💃🌼🧘🏻‍♀️ the water sounds of nature. Walking up to the sounds and sight of toucans

It is a very large property with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. We loved the 3 pools and the hot tub and the ability to use the lounge chairs and hammock. There is a river flowing alongside the property which you can hear from your terrace. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had double sinks and a large walk in shower. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant had a view of the volcano and served a very good breakfast. The property was walking distance to the river where there was a rope swing. It was also walking distance to Arenal Mundo Adventura where we did our zipline.

Great views, plus we liked being in a small town.

Staff- all of them esp Luis and Danielle. Very warm, pleasant and impeccable services!
