We had a wonderful stay! I had requested a room on an upper floor, and not only was my request kindly accommodated, but the room I received exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of my trip. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, an example of great hospitality, from reception to housekeeping—and the kitchen staff, who were all so kind. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Protaras!

Food is good, you can seriously find what you like no matter how is your diet, service is excellent, cleaness excellent, stuff asertive and allways helpfull eccept guest service across the reception- they are not on their job at all. Reception is excellent. Cleaning service without any demand. All cafes, snack bar and ice cream bar are excellent. Coffe is high quality. I don’t understand why this hotel is rated four stars ، it truly deserves five! Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. My stay was all-inclusive, and from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile at reception around 2 PM. The reception staff were extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. After lunch, we went to our room ، it was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea. It honestly felt like paradise. The room was fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and a complete bathroom setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable , i knew right away I had chosen the right place. The lunch and dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. If we missed a meal, the snack bar had a great menu as well. The beach is very close to the rooms, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There were daily entertainment activities and evening shows that made the stay even more enjoyable. The gym was fantastic, modern, clean, and fully equipped. A special thanks to the restaurant staff, they were always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Overall, if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and great service, this is without a doubt the best choice in Ayia Napa!
