The location was good and it was still quiet. Everything worked in the place. It was a fairly easy walk to the local train station and restaurants and other small stores in Lucrino. In addition Lago de Averno is also an easy walk and you can take a nice walk around the lake through mainly a park like setting with restaurants, a winery, a place that raises bees, and even old Roman ruin. The breakfast was fine, it is prepackaged food though, Lucrino has a nice coffee shop and the owner speaks English. They had tea and coffee available with a machine. I do not drink coffee and when I mentioned I liked the Cafe de Ginseng, Manu brought me pods for that (I didn't even realize they had pods for Ginseng)! After I asked they also provided juice boxes too. It is run by multiple related families that live in the compound and above the rooms, so there seems to always be someone around, which is good for security. There is a designated parking spot in the compound. I am not sure anyone speaks English, except Manu who was very nice and pleasant when we met on the weekend. She does work during the week so be prepared to use a translator app if you have questions on arrival and do not speak Italian. The check-in instructions were very good though. They did answer questions through Booking.com quickly and they could have explained better what they wanted us to send to check-in when they contacted me on What's App (for non-EU it is your passport page). Ask about the walk in gate at the top of the street in front of the compound, it looks locked but isn't and could save walking depending where you are going (or driving if you are meeting someone). Even with a few minor things mentioned next I would definitely stay again if in the area!

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere. Very relaxing. I absolutely loved the in-room (huge) whirlpool tub and sauna. It was like having my own little spa to relax and regroup.

The owner was extremely welcoming and generous. He helped us to get to the house late at night when there was no transport and we got lost. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the possibility to cook in the house kitchen. But the most important thing we liked was the view from the terrace on the Naples bay and the nearest isles, that was exceptional!

Front desk management very nice and accommodating. Gave me ice for my foot when I fell earlier in day and made sure to have vegan breakfast options for me. Make sure u rent car or use metro and bus. Don’t take taxi unless u want to pay $45 each ride for airport or central metro girbaldi.

    The property was good except we were unaware there was no lift in the property so be prepared for a lot of stairs! The hot tub bath could have been cleaner put us of using it. No coffee or tea in the room cold drinks in fridge replaced daily but a coffee in the morning would have been nice.

    The location is just perfect, in the middle of Pozzuoli. Th host is available any time for any questions. The check-in is easy and modern over internet. My room was bigger as usual, plenty of space. Spar level with whirlpool, Sauna and big walk through shower. Almost too much to try everything in one week only. Pozzuoli is great. If you like less trouble than Napoli you are in the right place. All the activities, dining options, everything you can find here, next to the Centrico Storico B&B.

    Fantastic accommodation, great size room and bathroom, lovely balcony with stunning views. Geddo was a fantastic host who made our stay very stress free and did everything to make sure we had a wonderful time. The property has a great kitchen where you can prepare food,make drinks etc. Outside is a lovely garden and on the roof a jacuzzi and cabana with stunning views.

    Everything was new and just very, very nice. Exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and it had a fridge. It is the kind of place where you can just relax. The roof terrace was lovely with great views, and the train running down below was always charming and never a nuisance.
