If you are considering staying here, trust me and book now! Words can't quite describe just how incredible this Oasis is. It is in a great location, walking distance from most things. The place was clean and had everything you needed. AC worked great. Pool was fantastic and the garden was spectacular. It had it all but this place is more than that. Walking into this hotelito from the street felt like we were entering a magical oasis. The owners, Beth and David, are artists and have built and made this place into something really special. It has such great energy that it's worth experiencing a destination in itself, on top of that it's in this really cool city! There are many little touches that make it unique, like hand made ceramics, fruit trees in the garden, an art gallery in the front walkway plus some friendly property dogs. The owners were an absolute delight and made us feel right at home.

Wow, our experience here blew me away. First, at time of booking, there were only double beds available and so I just put in the comments that we preferred a king. When we got there, we had a king room! Secondly, I wanted to plan a surprise for my partner's birthday. I asked about having a mariachi band come and then the manager, Mario set the whole thing up for me and I didn't have to worry about it. When the band came, the owner had also bought a birthday cake for us to enjoy, which was a great surprise and very generous. The hotel itself was so cute and both the rooms and common spaces were very comfortable and clean. We walked regularly to coffee shops and the main plaza and even felt safe walking back at night. We hope to be back!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. ❤️ Nice modern hotel, with a comfy bed and good air conditioning. Nice and spacious rooms and quiet at night to relax. Central location, uber into Plaza Grande only 6 minutes. The main good thing about this hotel are the staff. They make you feel welcoming and are friendly and approachable. Big thanks to Lulu, reception staff, the omelette man and especially Angela who personally helped me with anything I needed. She is a credit to the hotel and is a very warm kind good soul. All in all a wonderful stay, thankyou and I will definitely return in the future! Matthew.
