The location, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. All hotels should have the same Housekeeping staff as the Catalonia Plaza Mayor. Air conditioning was good.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, consistently providing a high standard of service throughout my visit. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which contributed significantly to the overall comfort. The pool area was a highlight — beautifully kept and perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Madrid. The apartment was cozy , beautifully , well-organized, and equipped with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its central location made everything easily walkable, which we absolutely loved. The host—warm, helpful, and also kindly helped us by keeping our luggage after check-out, which made our departure so much easier. Everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!
