Excellent experience. Very nice personnel in the reception area. The customer service is exceptional. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to visit Vienna.

Very good location. 5 minute walk from the train station and about 20-30 minute walk to museums, shopping, St. Stephen's church, and lots of restaurants along the way. 2 minute walk to a little grocery store for snacks, chocolate, etc. Fabulous in-house breakfast and even has a spa and gym! Rooms are efficiently sized and comfy but who goes to Vienna to spend the day in a hotel? Staff was wonderful and had great advice for places to see or eat. Courtyard rooms very quiet at night.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay in Vienna. My room was beautiful, big, and had a big window with a lovely view. The included breakfast was very good, and served in a very cute, charming, and beautiful area. A U bahn train or metro station is at the front of the hotel, and Prater Amusement Park, with the famous Vienna Wheel is just 10 minutes walk. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was totally satisfied and happy with my stay and will certainly stay again.

Our trip to Vienna was truly memorable, thanks in large part to our wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location, just a 5-minute stroll from both the city center and the subway, made exploring the vibrant city incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a hop-on-hop-off bus station nearby and numerous supermarkets within easy reach further enhanced the convenience factor, making it an ideal base for our adventures. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel and the attentive service provided by the staff. Throughout our stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The breakfast offerings were satisfyingly diverse, providing us with plenty of options to fuel up for our days of exploration. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the hotel's charming terrace, where we enjoyed leisurely mornings sipping coffee and evenings relaxing with a beer, soaking in the ambiance of the city. Our room was a delightful retreat, boasting a cozy atmosphere and spacious layout. While some may perceive the furniture as 'old,' we found its classical charm to be a nod to the hotel's rich history, adding character to the space. The sizable bathroom was another plus, providing ample room for comfort. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for our future trips to Vienna. I’ve been to Vienna many times but this was the best hotel so far. It’s chic, stylish and very comfortable. The location is good, near from metro and near from Prater. The breakfast is delicious and so many choices! I will definitely come back for next visit.
