Get to echo point for sunset and you can see the shadow cast across the three sisters. Or you can walk out to the lookout point and see it from the other direction. Both as beautiful. Be mindful it can get cold the minute the sun dips out of sight, even on a summers day the wind can pick up. Also enjoy the restaurant with a local drink and great food with a view. The viewing platform is being renovated for easier access for strollers and wheel chairs. There are 2 levels from which one can view the beautiful scenery. Parking can be at a premium. There is a pay lot a short walk away near the cafe. Afternoon light will be better for photographers as the 3 Sisters is east of the viewing platform. It was clean and spacious and very good communication regarding check in etc. 10 min walk to Echo Point and the Three Sisters which is a bonus not having to pay for parking here. 20 to 25 minute walk to town. Plenty of space for a family of 4, or small group of friends. Basic accommodation but clean, very good value and all you need for a few days in the Blue Mountains with undercover carpark.
