Helpful staff and food were excellent

A fabulously stylish hotel in a wonderful location. Superb facilities and an excellent restaurants too. Our poolside room with balcony was wonderful and we definitely be back. Sarah, the manager, was a stand-out member of staff and she went above and beyond to ensure we had the most fantastic of stays.

Great location, friendly staff, big room, comfortable bed. I arrived in Brisbane a few hours before check in and there was a heavy rain storm so I headed to the hotel early to try to store my bag, the woman on reception was very accommodating and let me check in early. Lifesaver!

Everything.. Fantastic location and food was good in the restaurant. Comfortable beds and staff were lovely. Milk tea and biscuits were supplied in our room. Done Guinness in the bar which was a bonus.

When I checked in the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and took every opportunity to accommodate me

Location, facilities and amazing staff

Really enjoyed my 1 day transit stay at Novotel. They allowed me to check in early around 10:30AM as i arrived on the morning flight from Port Moresby and had to check out before midnight for the red eye flight to Fiji. Ordered room service and food was exceptional

Located in a beautiful area, full of nice shops and bar. Walking distance from the riverside walk.

Room was clean and nicely presented upon arrival, as per my previous stays. Very thankful the room was not full of chemical air-fresheners, also liked the tea selection and small kettle, and appreciate the water provided, and towels were nice and fresh and crunchy. Also excellent sound proofing, can hardly hear other guests.

We loved our stay there: there was a parking slot waiting for us when we arrived at 6pm, everything smelled good when we arrived, Chris (the owner?/manager?) is extremely helpful and accommodating (he let us use the car park even after we had checked out), the room was very clean and quiet, the location is great (a 10min walk to the CBD thanks to the new bridge), the bed was very comfortable and staff gave great attention to detail to make visitors feel comfortable. A gem!

Location! Next to the river with every 20 minutes a taxi boat that brings you where you want to be. What a view from the swimming pool. The staff was amazing and helped met with everything I asked for. Nice rooms. Just in front of the hotel you have bars and restaurants with a view on the river. If I pass by Brisdane again, i would stop here for some nights.

Great location close to music venues and restaurants, beautiful clean room with the most comfortable bed ever, delicious buffet breakfast and friendly staff, would definitely come back!
