Nice friendly staff near the centre clean and comfortable room

The staff were nice. Very close to the Brussels Midi, 3 min walk.

The location is perfect walking distance to Bruxelles-Midi/Zuid train station. It was clean and comfortable for the one night stay. In a pinch we had to extend our stay and the staff was helpful in helping us accomplish this. The bathroom size was good and clean. The desk area in the room was helpful as was the armoire to hang our coats.

I liked this hotel a lot! Even though I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the location and safety and I was worried about it, we didn’t see anything to be scared of… you can walk at night without any issues of course with caution like everywhere else. Something I would like to suggest is that maybe the hotel can think of a shuttle service to the city center and viceversa.

The room was amazing! Even the fact they don’t have AC the fan was prefect. Staff was really nice. definitely recommend!!

Awesome location! Literally across the road from Gare du Midi and a short walk away from city centre. There are many restaurants close by. Incredibly friendly and helpful staffs - would stay again!

Everything. Dont understand the negative comments, for the price, this hotel is an outstanding value!
