The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. It’s located next to the metro, which helped me a lot. Also just 5 min away from the Atomium.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They responded to all our requests promptly. The breakfasts were excellent. Public transportation is nearby, making it easy to get to the city center. Location was perfect for my event.

I have visited this hotel already 4-5 times for my business trips. One of the things I like about this hotel is that it has really nice common areas. Lobby at the ground floor is spacious and the bar is good, the corridors and the walls are neat and nicely decorated. The rooms are large and clean, but the interior is basic. Wi-fi is good. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and is served in the restaurant with a pleasant view to the garden. The hotel looks all right from the outside and the neighborhood is quiet. It is close to the Nord station and 10 minutes walk to the Place Rogier and the start of the Rue Neuve. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stays.

As a business traveller, very nice hotel. I had meetings nearby, so the location was perfect, and it was a 3min walk from Station Nord. It was also a short walk into the centre, ~15mins. Small buffet breakfast, but it had an excellent choice. The lovely woman at reception was also able to facilitate me for a very early check-in, allowing me to get a good day's work done on the day I arrived.
