The room is great and staff as well

The hotel is very close to the Botanical Garden, the Rogier, the shopping zone and other attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar, but these are not noisy. I have already booked a room to return here in June.

Great hotel within the UE district. The hotel is close to the schuman train station. Commute to/from the airport is really convenient. Also, the Maelbeck metro station is right around the corner.

The shuttle service is a great perk, no stress at all to go from and to the airport. The staff sympathy and the cleaning service.

We really liked it! The room was like a flat on its own, With a clean bathroom and a seperate dressing room. The bedroom had microwaves and a kettle so we could drink teas and eat. They offered croissants even though breakfast wasnt included so that was a nice surprise as well. The staff was so gentle and helpful and we felt very welcome in brussels!

Lovely hotel on a great location with really kind and polite staff. The bed was really comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the price is really good. Also, everything was really clean and the reception is opened 24/7 which is amazing. Can't recommend this enough!

Everything transparent in a welcoming and warm place

Topnotch customer service and the vibe is really amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's close to a train station and there is a grocery nearby. We will definitely stay here again should we decide to visit Brussels again.

The plays and people in all ranges

The reception staff at the lobby was outstanding. They helped me change rooms for the ones I truly wanted and managed to change my bookings accordingly. They went over and beyond duty in doing so.

Absolutely beautiful view from our room and the room was just like the photos. The bed was super comfortable, there was a TV and a fridge, and the room was very spacious. Getting to the main attractions such as the Grand Place etc was a little far but the metro station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and we could easily get to the city centre. Overall, great value for money and I would 100% stay here again when I'm in Brussels.

My friend from Berlin stayed for the second time at this very central Park Hotel. The quiet single room with access to the garden is perfect for a long weekend stay in Brussels.
