Very wellcoming and polite staff. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Spacious balcony. Perfect location for exploring many beautiful trails. The restaurant offers delicious food and great service. Didn't use the SPA this time, but next time definetely will.

The staff were communicative and very helpful, answering every question and need prior to our stay... Even including room decorations for my partner's birthday! They accommodated our changing arrival times and adjusted restaurant reservations accordingly. The restaurant is top notch with each dish having clear and distinctive flavors and with excellent table presentation. The whole facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained and the rooms are quiet and cozy with, in our case, a lovely balcony with beautiful mountain panoramic view, including a gorgeous night sky. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There's a very nice pool although we didn't use it on this trip. We look forward to coming back ... Hopefully often. It's a wonderful and relaxing Sofia getaway and on next visit week be exploring the lovely mountain hikes I'm sure are nearby, given that the hotel is up on Vitosha mountain.
