Nice, modern location, on-site parking and tram station right in front, 15 minutes ride to city center. All sorts of funny quotes and tidbits spread all around the hotel, making us smile. Smart! One of the best and quietest AC we met during this holiday.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my recent stay in Sofia. When I arrived, I was met with an unexpected public transport strike, which made my stay quite challenging. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me in securing a taxi but was unfortunately unable to do so. To my pleasant surprise, one of the staff members generously offered me a ride in her private car. I insisted on offering her money for the ride, but she kindly refused. Her kindness truly made a significant difference in my day. While the hotel itself may be a regular establishment, it is the warmth and willingness of the team to help that truly stands out. The exceptional attitude and generosity of the staff have left a lasting impression on me. Thank you once again for welcoming me to Sofia. I look forward to my next visit!

They upgraded us for free! Allowed us to check in early and leave late! The rooms were clean and well stocked. Easily accessible to the main walking district and metros. The staff went out of their way to leave us little welcome treats, generous during their breakfasts and free happy hours in the evening. I think we were some of their last guests before their Christmas break but they made us feel right at home!

Amazing hotel with amazing location. The bed was so comfortable, good room facilities, the bar was amazing with really good food and coffee. Minibar was a big plus since these days it's hard to find minibars. Great value for the money there for it deserves grade 10.
