It was easy to find the hotel by car. No problems at the check-in. The rooms were great. Spacious. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. The food quality is extremely good. The staff were very polite. What really left an impression was that everyone speaks excellent English, although, being a Serb I had no issues understanding Bulgarian. All of them work really hard to be of service and that is greatly appreciated.

The room was nice and clean. The receptionist was super pleasent. We have payed parking extra, which is close to the hotel and with 24/7 surveillance and that is really handy. Breakfast is amazing, with so many options; we simply loved it. The bathroom was clean, and you get a bunch of small shampoos, body lotions, etc. There's also a minibar and safe, so overall, it was a great experience.

    The ancient ruins are just amazing.

    The ancient ruins are just amazing. They are preserved so well and you can walk freely by them. There are information boards too in English. The main metro Serdika is nearby and there is a very good Tourist Office there as well.

    The check-in process was easy. I liked the equipment (for example the coffee maker, the AC and a TV). The apartment was clean, tidy, quite large for its price, and the cars weren't a disturbance at night. There are plenty of places to shop in (serdika center), eat in (f.ex fuenyuan). The location is nice, the tram/bus station is two minutes from the building exit, and the M3 line Teatralna station is quite close.
