Great view, central location, friendly staff.

I stayed at Hotel 36 and was extremely satisfied. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and well-furnished, and the staff is kind and helpful. The hotel's design truly impressed me: modern, elegant, and carefully detailed. An excellent experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Sofia. I will definitely return!

Everything is good, good value for the money

Big room, great breakfast, excellent location, safe underground parking space, helpful staff

High quality materials everywhere, great architecture and internal design, exceptionally comfortable bed and beddings, great food (I tried breakfast and lunch as well), very nice attention overall to details, nice staff and great location

The best location. Clean. Possibility to leave luggage. The nice staff.

Location, staff, atmosphere, and much more. Definitely would recommend this place to others as it is perfectly located near alot.

Good central hotel. Seemed brand new or freshly renovated. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. They upgraded our room to one with balcony.

Good value for money. The location, the spatial and clean room, and the free spa access.

Location was convenient and breakfast was also served on time with good food.

I LOVE this place!! I have stayed here now two times, and I will be back again and again!! This time, I had room ten, which is pretty big - it was just the right amount of space for me to spread out, to exercise, and to feel very comfortable!! Plus, I really liked the terrace!! Also, the fact that there was no elevator and I was on the top floor was excellent for my exercise; I really do not like elevators. Last year, I think I was only on the third floor. However, BY FAR the best part of this place is the staff - they are AWESOME!! You know how customer service and attitude can make all the difference? The friendliness of the staff completely MADE this stay for me!! Can’t say enough! I got to practice tons of Bulgarian, and they just pretended that mine wasn’t slow!

Modern, clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and sleek and what really sold me were the cotton pads! They really thought of everything, and I never would have expected this quality for this price! The location is fantastic and best of all, if you need to check in later like I did, the process is smooth and the reception desk features an app that lets you order yourself a taxi early next morning at the address, so you don’t have to worry yourself about making it to the airport

The hotel is in a good place so close to everything to visit and too much restaurant! The staff is so nice and welcoming. The breakfast it’s so good and so much choice. The room is big and comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, big room, amenities, convenience of using code instead of a physical card to open the gate and room door.

Excellent location clean rooms very nice service

Location, staff, quite good value

The best choice to stay in Sofia! Designed in a good royal classical style, spacious, unique. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable gentleman was giving me great advice on my breakfast choice!

The hotel was new and very clean

The hotel is stilish, it smells really good and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was rich and the atmosphere relaxed and elegant.

I felt I’m staying at a royal palace not a hotel. The room was spacious and quite luxurious. They pay attention to every single detail to make the guests’ stay enjoyable and memorable. The breakfast was delicious with wide variety of food. It will certainly be my choice in case I have the opportunity to visit Sofia again.
