Everything was perfect, it is clean, everyone is kind and helpful, breakfast is very good, it is safe and you can leave your luggage if you have late night flight. Nothing to complain.

Amazing location! The room at 24th floor was simply fantastic, and the breakfast at the Rooftop is unparallel. Stunning view from the rooftop, and impecable service.

The location is excellent and I am familiar with the town as I grew up there. The place is comfortable and very clean. The staff is superb in their professionalism, friendliness and readiness to address needs. I suggested upgrading the furniture as it looks outdated, but functional and in good condition. I am just more about the visual.

Lovely location close to restaurants and a quiet area. Bed was great. Clean bathroom and great shower. Close to the airport. Pool is small but good for cool off dip.

The staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The location was excellent. It was less than a block from Copacabana beach and just beside the markets at night. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The location was very convenient and there are a lot of facilities near. I feel safety and enjoy my day in the hotel to meet a lot of places in Rio.

We had, again, a wonderful stay at Fairmont Rio. Breakfast is excellent, as well as dinner at Marine Resto and the gelatos of Coa & Co. The chance of having live music by the pool allied to the excellent quality of food and beverages provided great moments at the hotel. Room is cozy and comfortable. The staff is attentive and kind, all of them, but Dhom made the difference with his service at the Spirit by the poll. We also recommend the yoga classes and stand up paddle at the beach.

The rooms were really good. The staff were really helpful and were always willing to help.

We had an excellent stay at the Windsor Miramar. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach, and the hotel offers great facilities, all very clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding, especially from Nicolás and the front desk team, who were always attentive and made sure everything was perfect. They also provided great recommendations for tours and helped us book reservations at some of the best restaurants in Rio. A hotel we would definitely recommend — we look forward to coming back!

Everything which is mentioned on booking is accurate including the challenge of getting to the property and the location. For me it was ok and I felt safe. The staff was amazing and super helpful on a very rainy day :)
