Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, all members of staff were nice, always ready to help, the room was clean, check in and out were fast and smooth, they even allowed me to check out a little later. Great staff that were welcoming and very accommodating. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Incredible breakfast that alone would probably inspire me to stay there again. Really a standout and a testament to the high quality , classical hotel atmosphere and experience. Very central and just off Avenida Paulista.

1) Cleanliness: You don’t have to tell them, when you surrender your keys whenever you leave the hotel, they automatically clean your room. They would replace your towel, take out trash, fix your bed each time! 2) Breakfast: When you decide a breakfast time for yourself, they will deliver your breakfast to your room each morning. It consists of 2 types of Bread, Ham and Cheese, Coffee and Milk, a Biscuit, and fruits! 3) Overall Vibe: During the week of my stay here (February 2025), no construction going on, no noises! As a solo female traveler, I definitely felt safe throughout my stay. I work remotely too. I encountered some internet lagging, but overall I was able to work well.

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable, clean, with very friendly staff who'll go out of their way to make you feel good. Special mention to Deive, from reception, who was very kind at accommodating us. I really hope they can keep the prices affordable so everyone can enjoy the experience. I'll definitely come back.

The breakfast area was cute, tidy and neat. The breakfast table had variety of fruit, fruit salad breads , include the famous Brazilian cheese bread. Egg dishes were prepared at our request. The team of staff in all areas were courteous, friendly and attentive. The building of the Bê Hotel was built in the 50’s and fully renovated. It is modern, clean and the rooms are spacious. I loved the blackout blinds. The mattress on room 54 was perfect for my four wonderful nights of sleeping. The varanda on the 7th floor a beautiful future. The gentlemen by the door in the in the evening was polite and helpful with our luggage, suggesting places to eat and where to go. The front desk personal were fabulous. I am in love with the Bê Hotel. I forgot to ask the motive behind the unique name BÊ Hotel. I will be back but won’t be too soon, unfortunately.
