We had a great stay at the Meliá Paulista in São Paulo. The hotel feels very luxurious, with a modern and elegant atmosphere throughout, and is perfectly located right on Avenida Paulista in the heart of the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall facilities—including the pool, gym, and spa—added to the high-end experience. The staff were professional and helpful, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable hotel that offers a touch of luxury in a very central location—ideal for both relaxing and exploring São Paulo.

The location of the hotel was just perfect.

My stay at this hotel was much more than just accommodation. It was an experience of care, kindness, and genuine hospitality during one of the most delicate moments of my life. I spent a full month here in Brazil for surgery, and even while undergoing treatment, I needed to continue working remotely. Having a safe, clean, quiet space with reliable internet was essential — and I found all of that, and so much more. The atmosphere always carried a light, positive energy. Every detail, from the spotless cleanliness to the attentiveness of the staff, gave me the comforting feeling of being in good hands. It wasn’t just a room or a restaurant — it felt like a daily embrace of kindness and care that made me feel truly at home, even far from my own. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this journey lighter and more special: Beautiful people at Reception: thank you for every smile, for your patience with my questions, and for always being ready to assist. A special thanks to Gabriel, Vitória, Katia and Eduardo, who welcomed me with professionalism and good humor every day. To the others I met less often, please know that your kindness did not go unnoticed. Restaurant Team: how could I not be touched by the warmth of a team that turned meals into moments of care each day? My gratitude to Deborah, Letícia, Kaio, Thiago, and Matheus for their constant attentiveness, and to the chef, for the delicious meals prepared with such dedication and flavor. Housekeeping: my sincere thanks to Rose and Fernanda, who, with dedication and kindness, kept my room comfortable and responded to every request with patience and a smile. This month showed me that true hospitality lives in people — and here, I found people who work with heart. My sincere thanks to all of you for making me feel safe, cared for, and at home. I will always remember this hotel not just for its comfort and facilities, but above all for the extraordinary people. I truly thank you all.

My room Tchaikovsky qas awesome. Great view. Loved the vintage style of the barhroom.

🌟 Compliment for the AP Smart Studios – Alameda Santos Staff Testimonial from Thiago Risso – architect and entrepreneur (SP62 Architecture) I would like to leave a heartfelt compliment for the exceptional service I received at AP Smart Studios – Alameda Santos, especially from the staff members Junior and Mayara. I arrived at the wrong location with five large pieces of luggage — including art pieces, work materials, and equipment — after a very difficult day, both physically and emotionally. At first, a kind Chilean lady at a nearby cookie shop helped me temporarily store my luggage. But it was when I met Junior that I truly felt taken care of. Even though I had no confirmed reservation, Junior listened to me with full attention, recognized I was overwhelmed, and went out of his way to help. He found the right room, made the booking for me himself, and more than that: he treated me with empathy and humanity. Mayara, who arrived a bit later, was also an angel. She handled the rest of the process with kindness, patience, and true care. Both of them helped me retrieve all my luggage and made sure I could finally rest in peace. The room itself was perfect — spacious, calm, with a great view, and beautifully arranged. The design and comfort were far beyond my expectations. For the first time in many days, I was able to breathe deeply and feel calm. Junior and Mayara are not just staff — they are people who understand the value of taking care of others. They turned a chaotic day into a peaceful and healing experience. As an architect and founder of SP62 Architecture, a company with 13 years of experience working with universities, institutes, and foundations in Brazil and abroad, I can honestly say: this was the best service I’ve received in São Paulo. And that makes all the difference. Congratulations to the entire AP Smart Studios team. Keep being this kind and helpful to everyone — especially those who are going through hard times.
