Nice and clean and good location and great staff

Loved the location. So nice to have porter service to our cruise ship directly from our room. Clean, comfortable room. Loved having the food court and drug store downstairs for last minute purchases and less expensive dining options.

Exactly what we were looking for, our stay was very pleasant, staff were friendly and helpful. The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. Being able to keep our rescue "Snoopy" with us was awesome.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and beds were comfortable. In-room coffee service was better than what is provided by most hotels. Location was also excellent; only a short walk to the SkyTrain station.

Place was easy to find and although very close to freeway, was quiet. We parked in front, staff were friendly, room clean, quiet and comfy. And the breakfast was fine with choices from yogurt, cereal, pastries, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles and juices, etc. would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable for family. The lady was so attentive, always checking if we need something. Service with heart, we feel at home.

Exceptional location minutes from transportation, restaurants, and parks. The pool, steam room and hot tub were so clean and had the most amazing view. Our rooms were spotless and housekeeping staff so very friendly. They accommodated us getting an adjoining room which i asked for the week before we arrived. We will definitely be back!!

Very clean and near everything

Very good, had private bathroom that had a normal door.

The hotel is so close to the sky train, which makes travel much more easily.

After a long day of travel and arriving about !:00 AM, we were incredibly grateful for the very welcoming staff who helped with getting our luggage to our room. Fresh and comfortable room, thick towels, lovely beds, blackout curtains! Then always a smiling staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast with more helpful and cheerful staff. Dinner with shared plates presented in an easy manner. Drinks we could take to our room. Easy transportation with skytrain and bus right across the street to anywhere in Vancouver. The Hyatt Place Metrotown is a gem.

It was so awesome to stay in this motel Yes, it’s not new BUT it’s vintage and it’s huge pros here. Everything what you need for stay is in each unit. Also hot water was always there, according to previous reviews it wasn’t enough hot, but it was extremely hot during our stay I guess this motel is supposed to charge extra because a lot of movies and series were filmed here. So lovely and cozy place. Definitely will come back
