Cleanliness and size of the room for a reasonable price.

Everything was great even the food. Service.

Across the street from my medical appointment. Clean room, comfortable bed with the option of some walk in showers to accommodate mobility challenges. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Staff was exceptional at the lobby and also staff from The Chop.

Location is right in the center of the down town. The staff are great --- always smiling and being actually very helpful, and the service is great!

Great location, very friendly staff, great restaurant for breakfast

It’s a great beautiful architecture.

Amazing views and super accommodating. We needed and early check in and it was no issue.

Breakfast was great!! Staff were very friendly

Hotel is older but well maintained and clean. Lots of parking. Practical for what i wanted. Pet friendly and has a big area in the back for dog walks. Right across Timmies and a really good buffet restaurant located in the hotel. All the staff are: Friendly, helpful and efficient.

Clean great staff. Lost a phone there and they are trying to help me locate it.

Location was perfect, staff were incredibly kind and helpful

Older architecture, well maintained

Pet friendly. Beds were comfortable, and one extra bed was added to our room after request. Despite no pool for kids, my young daughter had a really good time at the pool. Staff were helpful when we needed.

Location was great. Room was nice and for a low price. I was completely satisfied with this hotel. Would definitely book again.

Everything was great here, drove here from California, brought my son for a doctor's appointment, it was very convenient to stay here as it was close. Definitely was not disappointed. Will stay here again. And pet friendly was bonus. Thank you chateau nova king. Excellent service 👏
