The location in middle of the town is unbeatable. Just 1 min walk from the famous Zeughauskeller restaurant and Hermes store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast with omelette, bread, smoked salmon and fruits. Room is big and clean, appreciate the chocolate on pillow everyday. Well equipped and large gym. Perfect stay. 10/10

Excellent front office people that made my 3rd visit into the hotel very convenient and pleasant. Always enjoy coming back to this place even though i didnt have the time to enjoy the pool nor the nice lobby that much.

A very pleasant and charming family hotel. The owner made everything possible to provide us with the best service, and always with a smile and a desire to help and assist in any way. The apartment was clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed for a stay. The location is excellent, both in terms of proximity to the city center and lake, public transportation and proximity to a supermarket and a great bakery to start the day. The beautiful character, insanely comfortable beds, and easy proximity to a tram line to get into old town. We had to leave for an early flight and didn’t get to enjoy their breakfast that looked so good! Amazing boutique hotel with great customer service and we were bummed we only had one night there.
