I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly well-trained and exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. As the financial capital of Switzerland and headquarters of several large companies including FIFA, there’s a good chance that if you’re in Zurich you’re here on business. But that doesn’t mean this city doesn’t have a playful side.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had a wonderful stay at MEININGER Hotel Zurich. It exceeded all of our expectations and offered excellent value for money. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, making us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. Their outstanding customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you and congratulations to the entire management team for maintaining such high standards. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich and would definitely stay here again. Zurich is a beautiful place to be experienced.

Zurich is a beautiful place to be experienced. But there are some negative elements there who gulped water and spit on us when we were passing by. There is racial discrimination there which we Indians need to be careful about. There is lack of respect from these communities there despite us being able to afford a vacation in such an expensive city.

Everything is very expensive and the city doesn't have so much to offer, nor so many tourist attractions, it's only worth going to see if there's no other option, I went but I have no reason to come back.

Zurich is a wonderful city, as is the rest of the German part of Switzerland - beautiful, clean, and cozy. Lake Zurich is great for swimming and sailing. There are wonderful museums and nearby areas to explore, both naturally and culturally.

Zurich is a beautiful city, very very clean. Not the friendliest city ever visited. Very expensive in comparison to UK prices plenty to see and do, lots of nice places to eat. No touting which makes things much more relaxed.

Lovely old city with protected old architecture.

Lovely old city with protected old architecture. Very easy to get around using the tram and walkers' friendly footpaths. Friendly locals and safe for solo women travellers. There are many local tours can be picked up from the hotel itself and felt safe to use the credit card to pay.

We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient — close to the airport and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to reach both the city center of Zurich and the airport. The hosts were polite and easy to communicate with. We appreciated that they informed us well in advance about construction work taking place across the street during our stay, so we were prepared for some noise.

Had to book a hotel last minute close to the airport as my flight was cancelled. Although I am thankful to have found a room, the price charged was very high in comparison to the quality of the hotel. I appreciate that this is Zurich, but the value for money is not commensurate in my view. Moreover, it is far away from the airport and can only be reached by shuttle if booked in advance. If not a taxi would set you back min. CHF 40 per ride!

Absolutely amazing hotel, I would recommend it to anyone staying in Zurich! There are multiple tram stations connecting it to the city - it takes around 10 minutes to the city centre, and 30 minutes to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable + there's a lot of extra perks to enjoy like sauna, gym, table tennis, etc. Another great bonus is that the mini bar is free and can be refreshed once per day.
