Wonderful place close to the mountains and hiking

The best place I’ve ever been

Dinner and breakfast was very good. The hotel has a good restaurant with good cook and waiters, although they don't serve food on demand. There are the fixed dinner and brerakfast times. The location is close to the lifts in the area. The view from the windows are wonderfull. Beds are comfortable, there is acces to a common balcony that surrounds the hotel. The rooms are clean, even the furniture is a little outdated.

Great location with an authentic atmosphere and delightful staff

The location is amazing the staff were excellent. the food was great and the host was super friendly. 5 stars

The ski area is wide, you can ski the whole day without skiing twice on the same slope

Very friendly, helpful staff willing to share their knowledge of the area. A very nice breakfast too. The location is very beautiful and peaceful.

Authentic hotel, with a cozy feel. Great breakfast and dinner

Lovely family hotel with great beds, great breakfast and wonderful staff

Very friendly owner. Made it very easy for us. Very close to slopes and ski lift. You can - potentially- ski into the reception.

Excellent hotel in the center of Alagna. Excellent foodvand excellent hosts from Falsterbro in Sweeden. Will be back for sure.

Very charming and friendly. Very conveniently located. Very friendly and helpful owners!

Wonderful place to stay in Alagna. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The staff were simply fantastic with a simply fantastic atmosphere. The structure of the chalet fit in well with the surroundings, and clearly, the owners had put in a lot of work into making such a beautiful place.

Great accommodation and food. I stayed here when I was doing TMR. It was big treat for me. Dinner was excellent. The owner was very kind. I want to go back and stay again with my husband next time.

-This is referred to by locals as 'the best hotel in town'. -Room size was excellent. -Location is as good as it gets. -Parking right outside the front of the hotel. -Staff were excellent, friendly and professional. They went the extra mile for us, thoroughly recommend. -The facilities were great. (note its normal in ski resorts across Europe that these are charged extra; I didn't realise this, but this is the same everywhere)

Very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast for a day on the slopes, good shuttle bus service, good location.

Wonderful hospitality, truly personal attention and service, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Good restaurant in house, and quiet nights for a good sleep.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing. A young lady Natalie from the staff was extremely helpful in advising us on things to do within Zermatt. She was very kind and friendly.

The location is perfect, just by the ski lift. Staff were very helpful. My partner forgot a wallet in the drawer and the receptionist contacted us straight away asking where to post it. The breakfast buffet spread was really good, nice selection of local cheese and ham, different type of bread, cakes. Loads of dry seeds and nuts options for yogurt bowl. Their tea selection is amazing and also good brand.
