Everything was outstanding. Check in, valet, spa, restaurant, breakfast, room , and staff were all impeccable. This a beautiful property with a fantastic staff. A truly wonderful experience.

It's a nice place. Owner was nice. Breakfast was good. Decent location near the therme, or as close as it can be given the way things are laid out.

I am absolutely amazing by this Hotel management! The hotel is elegant and luxurious, beautiful modern decorated room with jacuzzi in each room .We had a kid 1,5 years and they prepared toys in our room that were appropriate for his age, Food from the morning buffet was excellent, great variety “ you name it they had it” , Waiters from Restaurant/ Buffet were very attentive and quick!Also reception was very friendly and helpful ( we had a particular request and they did above and beyond to fulfill our request) They are close to Thermal Tamina( 4 min walk) and close to all restaurants! I would like to thank Sorell Hotel to make our stay so cozy ! Highly recommend this place!

The whole place is lovely. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff goes out of their way to make everything perfect. Location is right in the center of town close to everything. We have been traveling in Switzerland through various Alps regions and this hotel has the best breakfast we have found anywhere.
