Perfect staff. The gentleman was welcoming, engaging and 'chauffeured' me through the check-in process from hello to the room door. There seemed in him a passion and interest to hone his hospitality skills to perfection. A small shed behind the building was especially made available for the safe and dry storage of my bike. The room was small but sufficient with a terrace door leading directly onto a sprawling roof top lounge with stunning mountain views. Downstairs, an excellent restaurant.

Nice surroundings, large room, good breakfast.

Great location. Shower in suite was tremendous.

Very clean and all new. Friendly staff.

Clean and very nice. Erica at front desk was very helpful

Clean room, calm, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, great location for an excursion in the region (just beside the chair lift to Giw).

the staffs were all very kind and nice, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. We also had dinner at the restaurant and was very delicious!

Peaceful village location with easy car access to famous hiking spots in the area Hotel has its own restaurant Pleasant staff Parking directly at the hotel Reliable Wi-Fi and smooth self-check-in Spacious single room with balcony Dog-friendly accommodation

Breakfast (buffet-style) was very rich and with a lot of items.

Spacious, clean with excellent location and super friendly and helpful hosts. Plenty of parkings. Right next to the castle and the garden. Plan to return again.

Nice to have earlier check-in than most places. Friendly staff, comfy beds and great breakfast. Excellent value for the price

This was such an adorable hotel. We were lucky enough to be there on the day they held their fall festival and it was right outside our door! That made our one night stay even more enjoyable. I was not expecting much from Brig, but much to my surprise, it was extremely nice. My husband and I both enjoyed our one night at Hotel Victoria and would definately stay again in the future.

It is located right in front of brig train station that connected to zermatt, also near walk to shops and restaurants. We booked a familyroom with 2 bedrooms and both rooms are nice. The bed is firm so you'll be sleeping nicely after your hike or touristy day and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed. Oh, and the view! Amazing. And the staff is also very warm and welcoming, even we checked in late at night just before she end the shift. Thank you! We'll come back for sure

Super central, incredibly clean, very welcoming, flexible with our checkout time.

Staff was excellent..breakfast was good..incredible view from balcony

The staff were wonderful as was the hotel itself. We loved the living room feel instead of a typical lobby. Very nice touch. The breakfasts were fantastic!

Easy location, clean and friendly staff
