Great location, the boss and the staff are so kind and professional. Everything was excellent.

It’s just in front the cabin, the workers are really friendly.

1. The view from the balcony was stunning. 2. The staff were very accommodative with miscellaneous requests. 3. The breakfast was a continental/ swiss one (without cooked options), but the selection was elaborate and delicious.

Everything was incredible, the spa, the breakfast, the room, the location and above all the reception staff, specifically Sofia, she was really nice. They take great care of the details and the client, I would definitely repeat.

The facility was amazing, well kept and clean at a great location Service was excellent from the moment of booking till departure: - every member of the staff was super lovely and helpful, they all speak several languages perfectly - we felt super pampered - loved the transportation service from the parking to the hotel and to the slopes, including the personal locker - food was excellent, mini bar was free for non-alcoholic beverages and beer, Nespresso machine in the room - the fitness was also well equipped, spacious and tranquil - wellness facilities were also super premium, relaxing and comfortable - towel replacement, detox water, fruits and nuts offered all day

the breakfast have cold and hot two choice, not a lot but enough choices for me, and I canhave an apple and banana to have it on the mountian when I am sugar low . What I like the most is I have been upgraged to a single room overlooking the slope , which is a wonderful view, and seriously only 50meters to the cable station, and ski to the door , and after drink also just downstairs too . The bed is very confortalbe and clean , all the stuff are so friendly , and the boss has been waiting for me in the evening and picked me up from the train station. I had a great time there as I also need work in the room when I am not ski, as the room is warm, sweet, and good desk and good light so I can either working in front of the desk as well as being lazy lying on the bed. as they have two studying lights in both places , the wardrobe is also big enough for I put everything in. They have hot kettle in the room as well, so I can make tea and coffee. I will for sure go back there again for next ski trip .

The location, the room, breakfast and facilities are already unbeatable for that price. Plus, the staffs are very friendly and so helpful. I was there in summer only for one night and then went straight for the hike for a few days. I then was friendly greeted from a lady in the bus which I didn’t remember who she was, and it took us for a while to realized. She works at the breakfast buffet from the hotel. So I decided to visit this hotel again for skiing, and felt so welcomed here.

The hosts were wonderful, very good breakfast, great spa. It is a beautiful hotel in a dream location, we have free card for bus and lifts in Saas valley . We will return.

Great location and a nice view from the room. Two excellent restaurants and a lovely host.

The stay was perfect to us, amazing host, absolutely perfect and huge meals, owners always friendly and willing to help and advise. We went hiking around, took a look to the Mattmark Dam and went hiking around Matterhorn for one day. The hotel was accesible by car (end of September). By the time we went the house was partly under construction so it will be even nicer by now.

The room was great, comfortable and clean.

We felt truly welcomed at this charming and well-kept hotel. The room was thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and inviting. The dinner at the restaurant every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour.

- Great location, very close to Alpin Express and about a 7-8 minute walk from the main street. - Very helpful staff, both at reception and the taxi driver - offered a taxi (a small electric car) for pick up and transport within the village. - Comfortable bed - Good breakfast - didn't expect much as it was included in a very competitive room price. A surprisingly good selection of cold cuts. Good Birchermuesli. - They advertise the tap water as excellent and I believe them :)

Everything was just perfect. Very friendly, helpful staff. Cozy room that at first was a little bit on a colder side, so we were given a heater that fixed the issue. The breakfast was just magnificent. The location is five minute walk from the Alpine Express lift.

Great aparthotel in the heart of the village. Great, flexible host. Spacious room and nice modern facilities.

The staff were very friendly and informative, and were so helpful when I had to extend a night due to travel plan changes. The single room is spacious with full sized bathtub in the private bathroom. The spa/sauna area is modern and I had the several facilities all to myself for both times I went. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off services from/to the bus-stop, which was very helpful for me given my luggage and the snow. Breakfast was also amazing, partly because of their close relationship with the Chinese/Thai restaurant downstairs. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this place.
