The staff was so helpful and their English was really good! They were always happy to help us understand the Chinese apps or with restaurant recommendations. They were all lovely and really made the hotel feel like home :) The atmosphere in the lounge area was always so welcoming and warm, we got to speak to some of the other guests and they loved it as well! There was also free coffee and tea available in the downstairs lounge area. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're planning on visiting Beijing. The location is phenomenal, there is a bunch of local restaurants within the area and it is very conveniently located near to a fruitshop and you can easily reach some of the tourist sights by foot. It was great! And it was perfect for our family 7 day city trip :)

    Hotel is pretty nice, 2 metro stations in walking distance from the hotel(around 15 minutes). From Dongzhimen station very easy to reach airport (PEK) ticket costs 25 CNY. Breakfast was delicious! Especially I liked soup with dumplings. I liked that there was a kettle in the room, also you can have coffee or water with lemon in lobby.
