Everything, especially the staff, really outstanding.

Everything was just perfect , staff, location , facilities, WiFi , breakfast options. For next time in Beijing , this will be my must hotel selection.

The location can't be beat. Easy access to Chang'an Avenue and the Second Ring, but secluded from that traffic and indeed from all traffic by being behind the Regent Hotel. Surrounded by beautiful shops and sits on top of the Dengshikou subway stop. Room is spacious, quiet, and well supplied. As beautiful as is the location and room, is the price. I stayed during what seems like a low season and hadn't seen prices like this since the 1990s. Unless the price triples,I think this is now my favoriate hotel in Beijing.

From the moment I arrived, your concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay in Beijing was both seamless and memorable. He consistently demonstrated a willingness to "go the extra mile" in assisting with all my requests, no matter how big or small. I was particularly impressed by his arrangements to multiple request such Great Wall, landmark information, transportation, Opera and restaurant reservations. He always provided clear and helpful information, and his recommendations were spot on. Furthermore, his punctuality with arrangements was truly remarkable. Whether it was securing tickets, booking taxis, or confirming reservations, everything was always handled with precision and efficiency. This level of reliability significantly contributed to enjoyable experience in a bustling city like Beijing. Beyond his efficiency and knowledge, his demeanor was always professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. He consistently greeted me and my family with a warm smile and a proactive attitude, making me feel truly valued as a guest. It is clear that this concierge is a dedicated and valuable asset to Legendale hotel. The hotel is a wonderful place to stay in and to come back to after a long day exploring Beijing. The rooms were modern, spacious (surprisingly spacious), very clean and the beds were comfy (large and not too soft or hard- just right). The hotel also serves great breakfasts in the morning, and refreshing drinks in the evening. I also enjoyed just how helpful the team at the hotel was. They knew everything about the immediate area and what one should do for itineraries of various length. Most importantly, they were always pleasant, and never failed to make sure we were enjoying our stay and never were lost in Beijing or in China for that matter (because China is very different from any EU or Western country- and I did struggle with WeChat a bit...). Candice, Zoe and the rest of the team were able to various itineraries or day trips- which we did not take advantage of this time, but they did point us towards Lama Temple, Temple of Confucius, and other Beijing shopping destinations that we would not have known about without them. Although we left very early in the morning at the end our stay, they still wanted to wish us a safe trip back home in person. Thank you all!
