My stay at this hotel by the Yulong River was nothing short of magical! The moment I arrived, I was stunned by the breathtaking scenery. The river, flanked by lush greenery and karst mountains, created a picturesque backdrop right from my room window. The so - called "Mirror of the Sky" on the roof top of hotel was a dream come true; it perfectly reflected the clouds and mountains, offering countless photo - worthy moments. What truly made my experience exceptional was the hotel staff. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Whether it was recommending local gems or helping with my luggage, their service was top - notch. This hotel is an absolute must - visit for anyone seeking a serene getaway with natural beauty and outstanding hospitality!

Very nice location, beautiful view from the balcony. The walking path was passing just in front of the resort. You can also have bikes and cycle in the countryside very easily. Not far from the bamboo rafts starting point.

The main attractions of Lanshan Wangyue Hotel are the outstanding location in a village not too far from the town of Yangshuo, but with a feeling of old rural China and magnificent unobstructed view of the karst peaks in all directions; and the friendly service by the owners, Mark Ma, Li Wu and Siwei, and their hard-working and helpful staff. Additionally, the rooms are commodious and offer full views-- distant mountains from the front, the village and close mountains on the back side. The beds are new and great for sleeping, plus the rooms have good insulation and are very quiet. The proprietors find out what the guests wish to do, and custom arrange and lead excursions into the surrounding countryside. In an area that has lots of tourists (almost all domestic Chinese), they can take guests on bike trips or hikes to places that no one else visits. Ask them to take you on the half hour climb up to the old Qing Dynasty bandits lair in a cave high above the surrounding countryside, or to one of the ancient villages in the area. So much to see and do in the area, with some of the finest scenery in China.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super warm and welcoming. The hotel is located in a great spot and it is close to many main attractions, but still quiet and relaxing. Our room was super clean, and the view of the mountains was beautiful. Would totally stay again if we come back to Yangshuo^^

The hotel room is clean and cozy, and the toilet seat has a heating function, which is amazing in winter, especially for me. A swimming pool and a pony house are located inside the hotel. The two little ponies are so cute. I took many photos with them. The hotel is family-friendly, with LEGO toys for children to play with in the room, and there are also play facilities for kids in the lobby. For traveling, the hotel helps me with car rentals. Overall there are no drawbacks, and it offers great value for money
