The hotel was amazing, great view at the skyscrapers, nice location (~15 min to metro station), polite stuff. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of different options to choose from.

The staff was so helpful and their English was really good! They were always happy to help us understand the Chinese apps or with restaurant recommendations. They were all lovely and really made the hotel feel like home :) The atmosphere in the lounge area was always so welcoming and warm, we got to speak to some of the other guests and they loved it as well! There was also free coffee and tea available in the downstairs lounge area. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're planning on visiting Beijing. The location is phenomenal, there is a bunch of local restaurants within the area and it is very conveniently located near to a fruitshop and you can easily reach some of the tourist sights by foot. It was great! And it was perfect for our family 7 day city trip :)

From the moment I arrived, your concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay in Beijing was both seamless and memorable. He consistently demonstrated a willingness to "go the extra mile" in assisting with all my requests, no matter how big or small. I was particularly impressed by his arrangements to multiple request such Great Wall, landmark information, transportation, Opera and restaurant reservations.
