Our room was spacious; location is great and close to metros and many bus stations

The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Additional features such as responsive concierge, attentive staff in the restaurant and seamless check-in and check-out processes add to the comfort and ease of staying here. Overall, this hotel sets a high standard, delivering a well-rounded and satisfying experience that makes it a top choice for our future travels.

Staff were very helpful and patient. Also, the hotel looks extremely clean and new and room is spacious. Highly recommended.
