Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

The staff is very attentive, they helped us to facilitate our stay in Shanghai to be able to move without problems. Lili at the reception is extraordinary, she helped us in everything to obtain what is needed to move around the city in these new times, we are very grateful for her help. The cleanliness, the size of the rooms and the staff are of the highest level. The location is extraordinary since the hotel has direct access to the subway and is located in front of the beautiful Century Park. It may not be in the center of the most touristic area of ​​Shanghai but by subway or taxi it takes 20 minutes to get there. With my family we would stay here again and of course we recommend it
