Spacious rooms, location is perfect, there is a metro station nearby, breakfast was good too. Concierge service - very helpful.

This was a huge good surprise in Beijing. The staff was kindest, the rooms are big and comfortable. Definitely recommend it! Already looking forward to coming back!

The staff was so helpful and their English was really good! They were always happy to help us understand the Chinese apps or with restaurant recommendations. They were all lovely and really made the hotel feel like home :) The atmosphere in the lounge area was always so welcoming and warm, we got to speak to some of the other guests and they loved it as well! There was also free coffee and tea available in the downstairs lounge area. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're planning on visiting Beijing. The location is phenomenal, there is a bunch of local restaurants within the area and it is very conveniently located near to a fruitshop and you can easily reach some of the tourist sights by foot. It was great! And it was perfect for our family 7 day city trip :)

Our stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing was absolutely outstanding! The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and offer a luxurious atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring Beijing, with easy access to all the major sights. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base to discover the city. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their hospitality is second to none, and I have rarely experienced such genuine care. A special thank you to Ella and Richard, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. This hotel is simply exceptional—a perfect example of how a hotel should be run. I can only give my highest recommendation and would return in a heartbeat!

It was a good location. But kind of far from stations about 0.9m walk. Pool was very nice with spectacular view. Room was cozy staff were very friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable.
