- Free afternoon tea, which is tasty (you get to grab what you want from plates of fruit, little cakes/pastries, there’s also coffee and juice) - Staff are very nice - Room is cleaned each day (if you don’t turn on the ‘do not disturb’ switch) - The hotel lets you leave your luggage even if you haven’t actually checked in yet or if you’ve already checked out, which reduces the amount of time you need to unnecessarily cart your luggage where you go - The beds are very comfy

The room is spacious and bright. The property is clean and the location is perfect. I loved the atmosphere and concept of the property. The room’s pictures with descriptions are precise. Luxury hotel, equal or superior to some of the finest and most exclusive hotels I've used in France, Germany, Italy, USA and Turkey. Remodeled huge rooms/suites with classic European styling. Much much better than any Sofitel I've ever stayed in. Staff were attentive, polite, and always going out of their way to help. Incredible value. Relatively close to major attractions in the city.
