I would say maybe about half of the reception staff spoke decent English, which was a huge help. Was on struggle street not knowing much Chinese in Shanghai, but the concierge helped me order an AI translation device online. I paid him cash, and the device was delivered to my room in about an hour I believe. Remarkable delivery time, exceptional service. The Chinese made translation device was a godsend - truly impressive.

Location was a decent walk to two stations with shopping area not far. Nice quiet area to rest after the busy days.

Excellent location - walking distance to major shopping streets, People’s Square, and Metro station. Tons of good restaurants and cafes nearby as well. The staff are all very friendly, warm, and attentive. Hotel itself is gorgeous, smells heavenly, and exceptionally clean. We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with a kitchen and separate living area so it was very spacious for our family of 4. The washer and dryer were an added bonus as we got to do a bit of laundry during our stay.

Although location is not central but can be access by bus/ MTR, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets convenient stores near by, value for money,staff very friendly check in and out super fast!
