Our 4-night stay with two teenagers was absolutely wonderful. The complimentary breakfast, paired with an incredible view, was truly over the top. The connecting rooms were spacious, spotless, and exceeded our expectations in every way. If we ever return to the area, we’ll definitely be staying at The Bamboo Leaf again. Bonus: The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even more memorable. We also rented electric scooters for two days in a row, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay! It was such a cool and fun way to roam around this beautiful part of rural China.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. It is managed by Shelly, the owner and a lively warm hearted lady who always has a smile on her face. The outdoors space by the pool smells of Jasmin Flowers and big butterflies everywhere. And then the views of the karst landscape and the city down below everywhere you look. its is slightly away from the Town, roughly 16 minutes by scooters which you can rent at the reception. I LOVED this place. I felt home. Wei wei the chef, Xing xing the cleaning lady, Craig the main receptionist and of course Shelly have left a print on my heart. If you are visiting the area, this is thee absolute best value for your money situation. That being said, Yangshuo is an all around kind and hospitable city so i am sure that wherever you end up will be Sweet.

Staying at the Li River Waterfront Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived we felt completely taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and their service honestly deserves a 10 out of 10. Everything we needed was arranged quickly and effortlessly, from excursions and taxis to tickets for attractions, often at prices better than what we found elsewhere. Even the laundry service was perfect, fast, and very reasonably priced at just 30 yuan per kilo. The setting is simply stunning: peaceful and quiet, yet only twenty minutes away from the village. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. The food was outstanding and surprisingly diverse. One evening we enjoyed Chinese specialties, the next we tried pizza, pasta or even steak, and in the mornings there was always the option of something simple like eggs or toast. Communication was always easy thanks to quick replies on WeChat and staff who spoke excellent English. Having room service available made the whole experience even more comfortable. Our stay here was a solid 10 out of 10. In fact, I can say without hesitation that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled all over the world. The perfect balance of comfort, service and atmosphere makes it truly one of a kind.
