The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got everything we needed and extra accommodations like free laundry, toiletries, bottles of water and snacks every day. We can't ask for more for an affordable rate.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The location of the hotel is perfect just a few minutes from the metro station. The room is big and clean. and the staff was very helpful. even with my orders, they kept on sending them to me. breakfast was nice. overall experience was amazing.

We liked everything about this hotel, the new furnishing, cleanliness, attention and everyday support of the staff . They have a good English speaking staff which is rare in China. Breakfast was really good, almost the same every day, but tasty and a lot of choices. The breakfast restaurant meets 5 star hotel standards. The location was great , 2 steps away from metro line 7. Whenever I asked the stuff about the directions I got help and detailed information which was really amazing. It’s 6 km away from downtown but taxi is affordable and you can reach the turist destinations by metro. We stayed from December 27 to January 5 ,2026 and enjoyed every day in this hotel. I surely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Shanghai.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and they offered flexible check-in and check-out policies, which are so convenient for early or late flights. The staffs, especially Yoyo and Charming, were incredibly friendly, supportive and attentive to guests’ needs. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and it was a highly satisfying experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jinglai Hotel and were especially happy that we chose to stay here for a longer period. The hotel is very cozy, comfortable, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. One of our favorite little touches was the cute delivery robot—it was such a fun and charming experience to have it bring our food to the room! 🤖✨ Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time at Jinglai Hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
