Very nice hotel, with kind and friendly staff. Everything was better than we expected. The room was very neat, clean towels every day. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Only 5 min walk from the nearest tram station, and it leads straight to the center of the city. Very easy access to all of the popular destinations. Private parking just around the corner.

Everything was great!! From the check-in with Margarita and all the staff, the room was super cozy when we arrived, breakfast was also excellent, we felt very welcomed. We came from a disappointing experience with another hotel, and it was immediately vanished when we stepped in.

This hotel was better than we anticipated. The room was cozy and traditionally decorated. The beds were perfect and it had everything we needed. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. So many high quality choices. The staff was very helpful when my mom fell and needed medical attention. They provided a crutch, ice, bandages and directed us to the nearby hospital. They really cared and made our stay memorable.
