Very easy going, would have to stay longer and get a feel for the surroundings.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the dinners at the restaurant. The wellness and spa facilities are very nice, as well as the golf course belonging to the hotel. We liked the surrounding countryside for hiking. In the entrance area of the hotel there is a large space for common use with a billiard table and a large TV screen that we used watching sport events. And there is a lovely Café next door to the hotel.

Nice room, great customer service. Clean facilities. Easy check-in.

Like the location, I grew up in Westerburg, the Restaurant is fabulous and the food excellent

Excellent breakfast with a great variety of breakfast items to choose from. Nice atmosphere for a very relaxing breakfast. Super friendly and very polite staff.

I like the overall environment in the hotel feeling so homey

The location was perfect for the things we needed to do and it was great to sit down each night and have a pleasant meal.

We appreciated the assistance for check-in, We received the check-in code and name of room in advance, and check-in was very easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests. There is a very nice breakfast room that serves a delicious selection of foods. We enjoyed several excellent meals in the restaurant next door.

I loved everything, great hospitality, cleanliness, close to nature, it felt like home ♥️, so I even decided to stay there every time I come to Burbach. 🙂

Everything- the location was beautiful. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

The friendliness of the staff. The meals were fantastic. The location to the family reunion events we were going to was very good.

Great staff, great (Austrian-like) atmosphere, great beds, great shower. Very clean! 2 spots for charging an electric car (we paid €35 to charge our almost empty car). Really nice restaurant as well with an awesome streak & jummy shrimp (& Alte Birne schnapps)! Breskfast buffet was very complete & fresh. Too bad I didn’t get around to using the sauna and no time to explore the area.

Comfy beds, new room with modern decor and good water pressure.

Breakfast was wonderful. Nice room and great variety. Rooms were very comfortable. Also had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel which was lovely. There is an amazing ice cream shop down the street.

They can improve the breakfast by having more options to choose from

Wonderful location. The food was amazing, and the bed pillows were not good.

Friendly staff, lovely location, great restaurant opposite the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel clean and tidy and ideal location for exploring the area
