All aspects of this hotel is prefect: location, staff, room design, facilities, and the warmness of the space. They also have an outdoor sitting arrangement while waiting for your car/ride👌 Will absolutely come back!

Staff was fantastic and the location was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Every thing especially the location

The location is excellent, the room is clean, and the self check-in process is especially convenient and easy.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Westin! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I enjoyed it so much that I stayed twice within a month. The facilities were fantastic, especially the sauna, steam room, and pool. The hotel’s central location made it easy to access everything nearby, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. I can’t wait to visit again!

Good breakfast, cleanness, excellent service. Beautiful lobby. Main train station in 10 min walking distance.

The air conditioning and the flowers on my window sill.

comfortable room overlooking internal courtyard - very quiet. very good location just minutes from main train station and walkable distance to old center and shopping.

the location is superb. everything is nearby. breakfast every morning just across the building and open at 6am. lunch and dinner places are everywhere within 5min walking distance. everyday the room is cleaned and tidy. the interior is simple and tidy. so its like living in your own apartment but the room is like a hotel. love the stay, the value and would comeback next year!

Really beautiful! Very great location! Great staff. I highly recommend.

Clean and affordable in the heart of Frankfurt.

Fantastic location for the best Christmas market in Frankfurt. Good variety of restaurants nearby and very convenient for local transport.

Amazing staff, the two guys who were there during the day on weekdays and weekends were exceptionally supportive, I felt like home My sister is in the hospital and that’s why I’m in town, so having people being so nice was a blessing Location is also very good Great service

Loved that my room came with a yoga mat! Lots of other small touches too. Easy walk to the Christmas markets.

Good location. 10 minutes straight and easy walk from the train station. 10 minutes to the city centre. The hotel and our room were perfectly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and communication through the Booking.com app was really good and useful. Highly recommended, good value place.

Excellent location. . Two block from main pedestrian and comercial Street. Modern building. Nice decoration ..very good breakfast. Coffe and tea available 24 hs

Was easy to find, also close to places I wanted to visit. Good breakfast, clean room, very quite. It was a business trip but I had a great rest, thank you!

Staff went over the top to help. Marwaen was amazing and very friendly and courteous even though a couple of patrons were obnoxious he was still positive.

The Spenerhaus must be the best deal in central Frankfurt. I was there for the Frankfurt Book Fair, and it was easy to get from one to the other by subway. The hotel is quiet, the rooms simple but comfortable, and they serve a good buffet breakfast.

The property is excellent located. The rooms are big, confortable. It has sauna and gym. You have a parking infront but you have to pay like 40 euros the 24 hs. Nearby you have excellent restaurantes. I recommended the Thai restaurant in the corner excellent. Martha the costumer relation that works in the hotel is so nice, everything you will need she helps you. Is very good to know that she is there.
