The location is perfect, 5min from the main city sights. You can find metro, cafea and shops within 5min walk. The room was tidy, it was nice to have a fridge to keep some personal food. Also we came early before our check in and we could leave our luggage in storage room.

It would get 10 for the breakfast alone. Never had better in a hotel. Great location a couple of minutes walk from FriedrichStr. Station. Great bars all around.

Attitude and warmth welcome. The stuff was prepared for our arrival and everything was prepared in advance. The personel communicate in English, so it was very convenient for us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained. The location of the property is perfect, city centre with close distance to nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. The price matches quality.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful and that includes the cleaning staff who were fabulous! The breakfast and coffee were good - excellent value for money and nice that it was close to the main train station.

Great location, very comfortable

Great room size, huge bed, comfortable pillows (unusual for hotels), nice bathtub (I wished for one),very clean. We were very kindly allowed to use the spa to take a shower after arriving on an overnight train at 8 in the morning before check-in.

The location is absolutely perfect – both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are right nearby, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The most beautiful tourist attractions are also within comfortable walking distance, which makes exploring the area a real pleasure. The room is exceptionally well equipped and thoughtfully prepared. Everything you might possibly need is provided, from cozy bathrobes and spa amenities to small but important details like a toothbrush. You truly feel cared for, as if every detail has been considered in advance. The staff is outstanding and genuinely attentive. Every single day they kindly check if anything is missing and make sure everything is perfectly arranged. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help create a very welcoming atmosphere and make the stay feel effortless and relaxing.
