Very friendly staff. A lot of space in the room and a great bathroom and a nice shower.

We were only there for two nights and when we said we did not need to have our rooms cleaned, we each got a voucher for a free drink. Lovely service! Location and check-in process.

Great location, friendly staff, nice room, everything looked clean and new.

At first I was confused by the fact that the hotel had changed the name, so I phoned the facility. Receptionist Vanessa was extraordinarily kind and she directed me where to go and what to do. Then she told me accurately how to use the elevator card and how to reach the room.

We really liked the design of the hotel. The location was great and we had comfortable parking. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The welcoming. The location of the place, the safe next to each bed, the free wecloming drink, the 20 percent discount for anyone who stays on the hostel services, and for the free towel for residents.

The staff, especially the girl who worked the night we checked in and the she worked night shifts. She was extremely kind.

Excellent value for the money - centrally located in front of the football museum and city center

The staff was really friendly, the woman in the reception was very polite and answered all of our questions. There is a paid parking in the hotel and it solves the issue of looking for parking or parking places nearby. Location is great!
